The Company operates through rummyjax, a mobile application available for Android devices and its website https://www.rummyjax.com (collectively referred to as the 'Application'). The Services are available for Your use subject to this Policy. The terms 'We,' 'Us,' and 'Our' throughout this Policy refer to the Company. The terms 'You' and 'Your' refer to any person who accesses Our Services.

We need this information to set up Your account and to interact with You. If You choose to register for an account through Your SNS account, You will login to the Application using Your SNS account credentials. By creating an account via an SNS, You will connect Your RummyJax and SNS accounts. By creating a RummyJax account via Your SNS account, You are allowing RummyJax to access Your SNS account information.

If You deposit funds or enter paid contests, You may provide us with a valid electronic mailing address, date of birth, legal name, zip code area of residents, and any other information We may require in order to run appropriate identity checks and comply with applicable rules and regulations. If necessary, You may be required to provide appropriate documentation that allows Us to verify You.

In connection with withdrawals, You or Your financial institution (if applicable) may provide verification of identification to ascertain Your withdrawal request and Your identity.

If You contact Us by email or otherwise directly communicate with Us through the Services, We will collect Your email address or other information concerning the source of Your communication, as well as any other content provided to Us in the communication. Operating System Permissions

  • Mobile platforms (Android) have defined certain types of device data that apps cannot access without your consent. These platforms have different permission systems for obtaining your consent. Android devices will notify you of the permissions that the app seeks before you first use the App, and your use of the App constitutes your consent. Sometimes these permissions require more explanation than the platforms themselves provide, and the permissions we request will change over time.
  • Android Permissions: Device & App history: We need your device permission to get information about your device, like OS name, OS version, mobile network, hardware model, preferred language, installed apps, etc. Based on these inputs, we intend to optimize your overall experience by understanding your preferences and by using OS-specific capabilities.
  • Identity: This permission enables us to know about details of your account(s) on your mobile device. It allows facilitating your login.
  • Location: This permission enables us to restrict you if you're accessing rummyjax from states where our platform is not available for use (refer clause 'legality' in terms and conditions)
  • SMS: If you allow us to access your SMS, we will read your SMS to autofill and verify the OTP used to validate your mobile number when creating an account with the Company - this provides you a seamless experience during that process.
  • Camera: Camera will be accessed in order to facilitate the scanning of QR Codes.
  • Wi-Fi: When you allow us permission to detect your Wi-Fi connection, we optimize your experience based on the connection speed.
  • Device ID This permission is used to detect your Android ID through which we can uniquely identify users.

Payment Related Details

  • The Company has partnered with third-party service providers for processing online payments.We do not store your credit card details or debit card details or your internet banking details on our servers. The payment data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing your payments. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction and is not saved thereafter.
  • The payment gateway adopted by the Company adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • PCI-DSS requirements will help ensure the secure handling of payment data information by the Platform.
  • Payment gateways and other payment transaction processors will have their own privacy policies with respect to the information you are required to provide to them and we are required to provide to them for your payment-related transactions, and as such, those details will be governed by their privacy policies.

Changes to The Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify, amend, suspend, terminate or replace this Privacy Policy at any time within our sole discretion, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Platform. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you that it has been updated to enable you to review the materially-changed Privacy Policy.
